7×7 Galvanized Aircraft Cable means there are 7 strands in the middle and 7 surrounding it.

7×7 strand cable is 7 bundles of 7 strands of cable – it is a fairly flexible cable. Galvanized coated steel cable is the most common cable type.
It provides moderate rust/corrosion resistance and remains ductile over long periods when running over sheaves.
